I just wanted to acknowledge the excellent customer service I received. I just got off the phone with one of your employees. I needed an appointment for my daughter Briana for her First Holy Communion. Unfortunately, we need an 8am appointment. I had not realized your salon opened up until 9am on Saturdays. The receptionist checked to see if a stylist was able to come in early that day. She assured me that it is done for weddings and such and this would probably be no problem. I was very taken back that someone would go the \"extra mile\" and take care of a customer (expecially in this day and age) in the manner in which she did. This receptionist was VERY warm, friendly, and accomodating. (She had such a nice personality that I felt like I\'ve known her for years!) I have to add that I have NEVER been in your salon-you were referred by a friend of mine who had her daughter\'s hair done last year for her communion and was very happy with it. For not being a regular customer, and having been treated so kindly on the phone, I am speechless at the customer service I received. I believe the girl I spoke to on the phone today is an asset to your salon. I have three children and will probably start bringing them in for regular haircuts.

I had a GREAT experience in September 2008 with D\'Nicole Salon! Allison did a beautiful job on my hair and makeup and everyone at the salon was so friendly and accommodating. The manicure services were awesome too - my mani and pedi lasted throughout the whole week and I\'m rough on my nails! I highly recommend this salon to anyone that wants friendly and superior service!

Sue (owner) has done my hair for 25 years. She has hired a wonderful staff. The ambience is warm and friendly. D'Nicole aims to please!

Tara is a fantastic stylist and colorist. She always gets the color and style perfect, no matter what I ask for she guides me in the right direction. I always come out feeling like a supermodel.
